Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped out?

All orders are usually shipped out from our office in Mumbai by the next working day, unless we have one of those lazy days. In such a case, please bear with us. :)
Our working days are Monday to Friday - 10 am to 6 pm.

We are off work on almost all national and public holidays. (Unlike some corporate slaves with optional leaves.)

How long does shipping/delivery take?

Once a package has been dispatched, it can take 3-5 working days for deliveries in metros and tier 1 cities and about 5-7 working days in other parts of India.
If your address is in a remote location that is not easily accessible by our courier partner (heck knows where you live), your delivery may take a little longer. Sorri.

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, India vs Pakistan match, alien invasions, the delivery time may increase by a tad bit. You can reach out to us at help@bronoun.in and we will sort you out. No stress!

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link on your email once your order has been dispatched. You can also find the tracking details in your account history.
If you can’t find any email then we request you to check the spam folder just in case.

Are there any shipping charges?

Nope.

Are there any additional charges on Cash On Delivery (COD) orders?

Yes, since some sadists enjoy placing fake cash on delivery (COD) orders, these packages end up undelivered and incur unimaginable shipping costs which can screw up our little side hustle.
Hence, there is an additional COD handling fee of ₹50 per 500 grams - that’s approximately two t-shirts.
The final amount payable will be calculated during checkout before you make the payment.

And hey, if you are one of those sadists who places fake orders, go screw our competitors for a change. (Plis.)

What if I want my products to be shipped urgently?

Unfortunately, we do not offer priority shipping at this time. But if it is a life-and-death situation where, say, you have to wear a Bronoun t-shirt at a funeral, hit us up at help@bronoun.in and we’ll see what we can do to amplify your killer looks! (Pun intended.)

 

What if some items are missing from my order?

We record a video of package for all high-value orders (3 items or more) which serves as a proof that the correct contents have been dispatched from our end. If there is a case of missing items then kindly look for signs of tampering on the package and provide proof of the same with us on email. We will file a dispute claim with the courier partner on your behalf.

We also recommend our customers to NOT accept a package if it has been tampered with.

In case a tampered package has been accepted at the time of delivery and no proof of items being missing is available, Bronoun will not be liable for refunds and loss.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Nope. Not yet.
