What should I do if my payment fails and my money WASN’T debited?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
My money is debited but the order is not confirmed. What should I do?
Take a deep breath and rest assured that your money will be refunded shortly. Payment failures can happen at times and the amount should reflect back in your account in a couple of hours or worst case, within 10 working days. If you don’t get a refund then kindly contact your bank regarding the same. You can also write to us at help@bronoun.in and our team will help you out any information you may need.
In the meantime, you can place another order on the website and retry using the same or different payment method.
How do I cancel the order I have placed?
Please share your order details with us by email at help@bronoun.in and our team will do it for you.
I want to place an order but I don’t want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?
We have to leave the tags intact in case the person you’re gifting faces any issues and would like to return the product. We will cancel the prices on the invoice. Please reach out to us as soon as your order is placed. If you want to add a note to the gift, please email the note to us at help@bronoun.in and immediately call us on our number so that we can add it before the order is shipped. Please note that the character limit for the note is 250 characters.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
Sorry, bruh! We currently do not offer priority shipping. But still write to us at help@bronoun.in and we’ll see what we can do.
I wish to add a few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
No, an order once placed cannot be modified to add more items. You can place an additional order separately.
Why can’t I see the Cash On Delivery (COD) option?
If the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).
Is there any additional charge for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders?
Yes, we charge a flat fee of ₹50 for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS/WhatsApp with details of your order and your order ID.
You’ll receive another email and/or SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, trust in your bros at Bronoun and wait for your killer product(s) to arrive!
What if some items are missing from my order?
We record a video of packing the order for all high value orders (3 items or more) which serves as a proof that the correct contents have been dispatched from our end. If there is a case of missing items then kindly look for signs of tampering on the package and provide proof of the same with us on email. We will file a dispute claim with the courier partner on your behalf and help you with a refund.
We also recommend our customers to NOT accept a package if it has been tampered with.
In case a tampered package has been accepted at the time of delivery and no proof of items being missing is available, Bronoun will not be liable for refunds.
