Exchange & Return Policy
We at Bronoun value customer service for all you bros above everything else and we take pride in the products that we create.
But for any reason if you are not happy with your order, you are not going to be happy with anything in life because happiness comes from cats and day drinking and not impulse shopping clothes online. (Translation: get a life, loser :P)
Coming back to the point:
If you would like to exchange or return your products, please send us a mail at help@bronoun.in and some dude from our team will sort you out in no time.

Which products are eligible for exchange or return?
All products can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery. Kindly ensure the product is not used, not washed, free of any odour, and all packaging is intact.
If any extra brand material is offered like zipper bags, tags, or any freebies like our infamous (money) laundry bag, they need to be returned along with the items.
Failing to meet the above may face a rejection of the exchange or return request or a deduction from the refund amount as applicable.
Please state the reason for exchange or return in your email along with your order information. Examples of some reasons are:
- Size change - need a bigger/smaller size
- Unhappy with the product and/or quality
- Received a defective product
- Received a wrong product
- Went bankrupt, canโt afford it
- I am the sadist as described in the Bronoun shipping policy

How long will the return process take?
Our team generally takes about 5-7 working days to QC the returned products and process the return/exchange request. We will keep you informed throughout the process so you stay put, buddy.

Do you offer reverse pickup for an exchange/return?
Yes, we will manage the entire headache and pick up the product(s) from your address while you chill on the couch scrolling through reels. Our team will keep you posted about the reverse pickup timelines so that you can coordinate the same.

Are there any charges for returning any product(s)?
Straight answer - No. You can return up to 2 items, and the shipping cost is on the house. :)
If you return 3 or more items / products worth โน2,000 or more (not limited to per order), there will be a 'Returns Handling' fee of โน200. The amount will be adjusted from your refund value.

Here's some elementary advice taught in schools these days - if you're trying Bronoun for the first time then we suggest ordering 1 or 2 items to get the size & fit right before you order a gazillion products and punch our finances in the guts.

Can I get a bank refund for the returned items?
Absolutely! We don't run that store credit scam. We refund the amount to the original payment method and this can take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account once the refund amount has been processed by our team. Cash On Delivery orders can be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
For any delays with refunds, kindly contact your bank as those pesky bastards sometimes put a hold on your money.

Can I return a few items from a large order?
Yessir. All policies mentioned on this page apply and you can write to us with the details of the products you would like to exchange/return.

Are Cash On Delivery (COD) charges refundable?
Sadly, no. Cash On Delivery (COD) charges go entirely to the courier company and Bronoun gets no piece of it (suxx) so we cannot refund that amount of your order.

What if some items are missing from my order?
We triple check all packages so there is no scope of wrong or missing items.
For 3 or more products, we verify the contents and sign the shipping label with the final quantity added to the bag. This means the items were counted before the glue tape was sealed.
If there is a case of missing items then kindly look for signs of tampering on the package and provide proof of the same with us on email. We will file a dispute claim with the courier partner on your behalf. The outcome will be taken up on a case by case basis depending on the nature of the proof shared.
We also recommend our customers to NOT accept a package if it has been tampered with.
In case a tampered package has been accepted at the time of delivery and no proof of items being missing is available, Bronoun will not be liable for refunds and loss.

Can I exchange/return an item as many times as I like until I am satisfied?
Hell no, son! Are you nuts? An item can be exchanged/returned only once. After that the sales are final.
If you are still not happy and for some reason want to continue the circus of exchanging the products, forward and reverse courier charges will apply as actuals.
