Customer Support & Operations Associate


Location: Vasai West, Mumbai (On-site at Bronoun House)

At Bronoun, we like to keep things simple. Make dope shid and get that to our bros as fast as we can.

We need someone who can take ownership of the entire backend grind so that the founder can exclusively focus on growth & marketing. You'll be the backbone who handles support, packs orders (don't worry, we won't slave you for 12 hours a day, it's pretty chill) and make sure things that break every single day do not ever break.

All of this while ensuring the bros you interact with are left in good hands. :)


What You’ll Do

1. Customer Support

  • Respond to customer emails quickly and clearly
  • Call COD customers to verify addresses before dispatch
  • Call customers for any order-related clarifications
  • Answer inbound customer calls

2. Order Processing & Management

  • Print shipping labels and pack orders neatly
  • Make sure orders are dispatched on time
  • Track deliveries and follow up with courier partners for any stuck shipments

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • QC returned products to check if they’re resale-worthy
  • Process exchange or refund requests in a fair and timely way

4. Inventory Management

  • Keep an eye on stock levels, especially bestselling bros
  • Do manual counts when needed to avoid stock mismatches

5. Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of orders, returns, and inventory for reporting
  • Work with the founder/team to improve processes
  • Jump into other small operational tasks whenever needed


What We’re Looking For

  • Solid communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, Shopify is a plus)
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable juggling calls, emails, and packing boxes in the same day
  • A problem solver who won’t cave in if 5 customers are mad at once

Pay: ₹1,80,000 to ₹2,40,000 PA (₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month)
